People’s lifestyle is a major factor
when it comes to health. Sometimes we can be susceptible to different diseases
or disorders through hereditary means of complications we always have, but in
most cases our health problems come from our surroundings and lifestyle.

to be much more popular and it was seen as sophisticated rather than harmful,

in other factors into people’s lives, such as stress coming into play, which
can cause a spiral down, making people get unhealthier and procrastinate
continually.
